Hi! I’m Karen :)
I’m an Executive Assistant and HR-savvy operations pro with a passion for keeping people, projects, and processes running smoothly. I have extensive experience managing busy executive calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, supporting events, and serving as a reliable liaison across teams and departments.

I love creating structure, solving problems, and building systems that make work easier for everyone—whether that’s organizing meetings, crafting clear Standard Operating Procedures, or helping teams stay aligned. I bring strong communication skills, a calm and positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while protecting confidentiality and maintaining a high standard of detail and care.

When I’m not working or networking, you’ll probably find me watching sports, rearranging a room for the perfect interior design vibe, or cuddled up with my cat, Iker.

I’m also a Certified English–Spanish Translator available for freelance projects, and a wedding Officiant serving the Sussex County, NJ area.

She was part of a group of hires when I envisioned building a New York team but when things went sideways unexpectedly, the need for a New York team was no longer necessary & all NY teams had to be dispatched, with Karen being the only person we kept bc of the potential she exhibited.
